Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Guest Relations Officer to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience for every visitor.

As a Guest Relations Officer, you will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations and queries, and coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs. Your ability to build positive relationships and solve issues proactively will be essential to maintaining high satisfaction levels.


 Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process
  • Manage bookings and handle reservation changes or cancellations
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments
  • Promote services and upsell hotel amenities when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
  • Ensure the lobby and front desk area remain tidy and welcoming
  • Assist with concierge duties such as local recommendations and transportation bookings

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality is a plus
  • Previous experience in guest services, front office, or hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
