Job Description:

We are looking for a courteous and energetic Food & Beverage Service Attendant to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to guests in our restaurant, bar, or banquet areas, ensuring an enjoyable and seamless dining experience.

You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and professional service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a warm personality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Present menus, take orders, and serve food and drinks accurately
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout the service
• Assist with buffet setup and banquet service, if applicable
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly
• Follow hygiene and safety regulations in food handling and service
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
• Upsell food and beverage items where appropriate

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings
• Basic knowledge of food and beverages
• Team player with the ability to multitask under pressure
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
